St Basil’s, part of the Greek Orthodox Church, specialises in providing aged care solutions to people throughout Australia. They support the whole family on their journey through aged care from retirement living, home and community care, day care and respite and residential aged care.

Marketability has been working with St Basil’s since early 2014 creating and implementing marketing and communications strategies to develop and establish the St Basil’s brand in the Eastern suburbs. Key projects have included the launch of their “Home and Community Care” business; sales and marketing of their flagship retirement living development “The Grove” in Randwick; and providing proprietary research and consumer insights to assist with St Basil’s growth strategies.

Deploying integrated marketing activity and a customer centric approach has enabled St Basil’s to successfully launch and establish their brand in the Eastern suburbs and position themselves firmly for strong future growth.
